Scope overview
Gegenstand des Auftrags ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Erbringung von Druck- und Lieferleistungen. Im Los 1 handelt es sich hierbei um "komplexe Druckprodukte". Die Rahmenvereinbarung nach § 21 Abs. 4 Nr. 3 VgV soll mit drei Unternehmen geschlossen werden.
Mit Bezuschlagung der Rahmenvereinbarung werden alle benannten Positionen mit Druckterminen bis einschließlich Q2/2026 bereits als Einzelauftrag an Zuschlagsbieter mit dem jeweils günstigsten Angebot vergeben. Hierfür sind die abgegebenen Preise maßgeblich. Ab Q3/2026 findet die Vergabe der Einzelaufträge im Rahmen von sog. "Mini-Wettbewerben" zwischen den Rahmenvertragspartnern statt.
Der Rahmenvertrag endet am 29.02.2028 und ist zweimalig um je ein Jahr verlängerbar. Das voraussichtliche Gesamtvolumen des Auftrags im Sinne einer Höchstabnahmemenge ergibt sich aus dem Leistungsverzeichnis, wobei die Rahmenvertragspartner keinen Anspruch auf Beauftragung eines bestimmten Auftragsvolumens haben.
