Scope overview
Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Lieferung von Serverhardware zur Erweiterung der bestehenden Infrastrukturen sowie deren Lifecycle sowie zum Aufbau dezentraler Infrastrukturen. Zum Einsatz kommen Geräte des Herstellers Lenovo, da dieser mit den bestehenden Systemen und Prozessen (insbesondere Wartung, Logistik, Schnittstellen) kompatibel ist. Der Betrieb erfolgt weiterhin in Rechenzentren der DFS (on-premises).
Grundsätzliche Anforderungen: - Kompatibilität mit bestehenden Systemen (z. B. Lenovo ThinkSystem). - Unterstützung von Managementschnittstellen wie XClarity (Lenovo). - Ersatzteile und Komponenten zur Erweiterung bestehender Servergenerationen. - Lieferung inkl. Support (mindestens 3 Jahre Next Business Day Onsite optional erweiterbar). - Dokumentation und ggf. Firmware-Kompatibilität sicherstellen.
- Lieferung von Rack-Komponenten, Netzteilen, Netzwerkkarten etc. - Lieferung Konfigurationsdaten (in Excel). - Revisionsgleichheit auf Bauteil- und Firmwareebene, wo gefordert. Hinweis: Die Abrufe der nicht revisionsgleichen Bestellmenge überwiegen. Zielgruppe in der DFS sind alle IT-Abteilungen, die bestehende Infrastruktur erhalten, sukzessive migrieren oder neu schaffen.
Die Termingestaltung für die Erbringung der jeweiligen Lieferungen sowie der Leistungsumfang werden in der jeweiligen Abrufbestellung fest vereinbart. Insofern werden die Lieferungen des Auftragnehmers nur durch schriftliche Abrufbestellungen zur Rahmenvereinbarung des Auftraggebers in Anspruch genommen. Aktuell wird ein Abruf von ca. 200 Servern pro Jahr angenommen.
Bei der Mengenangabe handelt es sich um einen Schätzwert. Eine Verpflichtung des Auftraggebers zu Bestellungen über oben genannten Schätzwert besteht nicht.
