In den nächsten Jahren realisiert die Dienststelle Immobilien des Kantons Luzern diverse Architektur-Hochbauprojekte. Zur fachlichen Unterstützung dieser Vorhaben schreibt die Auftraggeberin Beratungsleistungen als Rahmenvertrag im Bereich des planungs- und baubegleitenden Facility Management (pbFM) aus. Der Kanton Luzern realisiert seine Bauprojekte über das Baumanagement der Dienststelle Immobilien.
Um die Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit der Bauprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus zu sichern, wird das planungs- und baubegleitende Facility Management (pbFM) gezielt in ausgewählte Projekte integriert.
Ziel des pbFM-Rahmenvertrags ist es, qualifizierte Partnerinnen zu gewinnen, welche die Auftraggeberin in sämtlichen Phasen der Projektentwicklung fachlich unterstützen und zur Standardisierung, Qualitätssicherung und Effizienzsteigerung im Bauprojektprozess beitragen. Der Umfang des pbFM-Einsatzes kann je nach Projekt variieren und richtet sich nach Grösse, Komplexität und Nutzung der jeweiligen Bauvorhaben.
