Scope overview
Es soll ein Rahmenvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von mindestens 24 Monaten geschlossen werden. Dieser soll die Lieferung einer Mindestabnahmemenge von 30 Visitenwägen zum Gegenstand haben. Optional soll der Vertrag zweimal einseitig und auftraggeberseitig um jeweils 12 Monate verlängert werden können, also eine maximale Laufzeit von 48 Monaten haben.
Die geplanten Abnahmemengen sind: Mit Vertragsbeginn: 30 Systeme zur mobilen Visite Im Jahr 2: 20 Systeme zur mobilen Visite Im Jahr 3: 20 Systeme zur mobilen Visite Im Jahr 4: 20 Systeme zur mobilen Visite Der Auftraggeber behält sich ausdrücklich vor weitere Systeme zur mobilen Visite aus dieser Rahmenvereinbarung zu beziehen. Es wird eine Höchstmenge für den Gesamtauftrag von maximal 180 Systemen vereinbart.
Die finale Konfiguration der jeweiligen Systeme zur mobilen Visite auf Basis der ausgeschriebenen Module erfolgt in bilateraler Abstimmung zwischen dem Auftraggeber und dem Auftragnehmer im Vorfeld der Lieferung.
