Scope overview
Hankinnan kohteena on koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAOn rakentamisen ja kunnossapidon (RAKU) puitejärjestely, joka toteutetaan määräaikaisena suorahankintasopimuksena kilpailutusprosessin ajaksi ("väliaikainen puitesopimus"). Hankinnan kohde vastaa 30.9.2025 päättynyttä RAKU-puitesopimusta.
Aiemmassa 30.9.2025 päättyneessä puitejärjestelyssä on ollut mukana neljä (4) toimijaa, joista kolme (3) on halukasta solmimaan väliaikaisen puitesopimuksen. Nämä toimijat ovat ISS Palvelut Oy, Caverion Oy ja ARE Oy. Väliaikaiseen sopimukseen sovelletaan 30.9.2025 päättyneen RAKU-puitesopimuksen ehtoja, lukuun ottamatta sopimuksen voimassaoloa koskevaa ehtoa.
Väliaikainen puitesopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 28.2.2026 saakka. Väliaikainen puitesopimus tehdään kestoltaan, laajuudeltaan ja muilta ehdoiltaan ainoastaan siinä laajuudessa, mitä hankinnan tekeminen ehdottomasti vaatii.
