Scope overview
Dette udbud angår Egedal Kommunes udbud af Rammeaftale for teknisk rådgivning og bygherrerådgivning. Rammeaftalen anvendes primært i forbindelse med teknisk rådgivning til renoverings-, ombygnings- og tilbygningsopgaver i de kommunale ejendomme. Den kan også anvendes til bygherrerådgivning i bred forstand. Der henvises til opgavebeskrivelsen. Rammeaftalen har en varighed på tre år samt option på et år yderligere.
Rammeaftalen har en anslået værdi på 10 mio. kr., men kan forøges op til 15 mio. kr. der således udgør rammeaftalens maksimale værdi. Rammeaftalen indgås med ét rådgivningsfirma, og således at opgaver løbende ”bestilles” via en bestillingsseddel hvor opgavens indhold og vilkår aftales.
Rådgiver skal levere ydelser i henhold til Danske Arkitektvirksomheder og Foreningen af Rådgivende Ingeniørers ydelsesbeskrivelser, Byggeri og Landskab 2018 (”YBL 18”) samt Bygherrerådgivning 2019 (”YBB19”). Desuden er ABR 18 grundlag for samarbejdet mellem Rådgiver og Egedal Kommune.
