Den anslåede maksimale værdi er et udtryk for ordregivers skøn, og værdien/mængderne er således vejledende, og leverandøren er ikke garanteret nogen minimumsomsætning. Aftalen er ikke eksklusiv. For en nærmere beskrivelse af de udbudte ydelser kan der henvises til kravspecifikationen, som angiver de krav, som ydelserne skal leve op til.
