Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for juridisk bistand i forbindelse med lån under ordningen Grønn Industrifinansering (GIF) og unntaksvis i forbindelse med innvilgelse av større markedslån som skal inngå i lånesyndikat sammen med andre banker.Leverandørens tilbudte personell skal ha relevant og formell kompetanse til å yte juridisk bistand etter norsk rett, og innenfor de rettsområder som er aktuelle under rammeavtalen.Oppdragsgiver forutsetter at leveransen utføres i henhold til høy faglig standard og på en kostnadseffektiv måte.
Omfanget på bistanden tilpasses størrelsen på det enkelte lån. Samtlige medgåtte timer skal kunne dokumenteres og ettergås ved behov.Normalt vil alle eksterne advokatkostnader knyttet til konkrete prosjekter bli viderefakturert lånekunden.Leveransen skal utføres på norsk, og engelsk ved behov.Se konkurransegrunnlag for mer informasjon.
