Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum på vegne av kommunene Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, Kvinnherad og Tysnes inviterer til konkurranse om inngåelse av rammeavtale for rådgivende ingeniørtjenester. Avtalen skal sikre fleksibel og forutsigbar tilgang til nødvendig kompetanse for planlegging, prosjektering og oppfølging av bygg- og anleggsprosjekter.
Rammeavtalen omfatter hele prosjektløpet – fra tidlig behovsavklaring og konseptfase, via forprosjekt og detaljprosjekt, til byggefasen, idriftsettelse, overtakelse og reklamasjonsoppfølging. Oppdragene vil variere i art, varighet og kompleksitet, fra mindre enkeltoppdrag til større prosjekter, og kan foregå parallelt på flere lokasjoner.
