Ne ovat lähetyskäyttöön suunniteltuja, vaativaan ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettuja äänipöytiä.
Hankinnalla perustetaan puitejärjestely enintään kolmen toimittajan kanssa ja puitejärjestelyllä tehtävien hankintojen arvo on enintään 2.000.000 € ilman arvonlisäveroa.
