Perceel 1: Bouwkundige en constructieve werkzaamheden (incl. vaste inrichting): gebouw ten behoeve van de testbaan, bestaande uit testhallen/ voertuigwerkplaats, een kantoorgebouw, en diverse bijgebouwen; 2. Perceel 2: Installatietechnische werkzaamheden: elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. De volgende onderdelen vallen buiten de scope van deze Opdracht/ Overeenkomst: 1.
terreininrichting, testbaan, pompgebouw en toegangswegen (= terreinaannemer); 2. los meubilair; 3. bewegwijzeringen.
