Reach back services are to include, but are not limited to: engineering, logistical, and technical reach back support for the correction of deficiencies in APU kits, perform updates to drawings and work orders, and implement supplier changes as necessary. The related notice for the award is N00019-24-RFPREQ-APM271-0051.
The authority permitting other than full an open competition is provided in 10 U.S.C.3204 (a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
