Scope overview
Réalisation d'un PCRS raster sous forme d'ortophotographie, de socle 3D pour gestion d'un jumeau numérique, de calcul de potentiel solaire, ainsi que la fourniture d'une plateforme d'hébergement et d'exploitation des données, de Logiciels 3D et de prestations associées.
Lieu d'exécution des prestations : Sur tout le territoire de la Communauté d'agglomération du Cotentin Le territoire de l'agglomération est concerné par six zones interdites à la captation aérienne de données (ZICAD), soit des zones interdites à la captation des données via prise de vue aérienne par appareil photographique, cinématographique ou tout autre capteur fixée par Arrêté du 26 juin 2024.
Ces zones feront l'objet de demandes de dérogation et de processus spécifiques de traitement des données. Le marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes, sans montant minimum mais avec un maximum de 1 600 000 euro(s) HT. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter de la date constatée un mois après la date de notification du marché.
Une réunion de démarrage préalable à l'exécution des prestations et à l'émission du premier bon de commande, aura lieu, sans indemnité avec le titulaire
