Scope overview
La consultation porte sur la passation d'un contrat de service ayant pour objet la " Réalisation des études diagnostiques des filières agricoles et forestières dans les territoires pilotes dans le cadre du programme KOPEKOBA " en République du Congo. L'étendue des besoins à couvrir sont décrits dans le Cahier de charges. candidature par lot.
Les marchés seront attribués selon l'ordre des lots et chaque lot fera l'objet d'un marché distinct. Il ne sera pas attribué plus de 2 lots par candidat ; pour être attributaires de plus d'un lot, les candidats devront présenter une équipe complète ainsi que le matériel requis pour chaque lot où ils postulent. Dès lors, un candidat ne peut pas se voir attribuer le lot 3, si les lots 1 et 2 lui ont déjà été attribués.
Toutefois, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit d'attribuer les trois lots à un soumissionnaire dans le cas où le nombre d'offres régulières choisies ne lui permet pas d'attribuer tous les lots.
