De opdracht omvat o.a.: (1) datagedreven advisering en plaatsing van vacaturecampagnes via diverse online kanalen (jobboards, social media), (2) ontwikkeling en uitvoering van doelgroepen- en employer brandingcampagnes, en (3) strategisch advies en het opstellen van een employer brandingstrategie.
Doel is om Stichtse Vecht zichtbaar te positioneren als aantrekkelijke werkgever in de regio Utrecht en omstreken voor mbo+/hbo-professionals in met name technische en specialistische functies, het aantal kwalitatieve sollicitaties te vergroten en vacatures effectiever in te vullen. De gemeente verwacht volledige ontzorging, transparante rapportages en proactieve optimalisatie op basis van campagnedata.
Buiten scope: EVP-ontwikkeling, inwonercommunicatie, print media, ATS-systeem, 'Werken bij'-website en talent sourcing.
