Reference: rfx_4495_ROAF Le/la Consultant·e Maître Formateur certifié GERME sera chargé·e de la conception, de la planification et de l’animation de la formation TRIE et CREE à l’intention de 20 enseignants issus des ONGs de formation pilotes, puis de les accompagner de manière rapprochée (coaching) afin qu’ils puissent mettre en œuvre leur première formation TRIE/CREE auprès des apprenants dans les zones d’intervention (Bangui, Kémo et Ouaka), et soutenir l’élaboration de plans d’affaires.
Concrètement, il/elle participera à la sélection des 20 enseignants, réalisera l’analyse des besoins, élaborera le plan détaillé de formation et les supports pédagogiques (outils d’animation, exercices, présentations, guides de coaching), animera la formation en présentiel à Bangui (10 jours), et conduira un coaching structuré des enseignants en appui à la préparation et à l’animation de leur premier séminaire, avec un suivi terrain dans la Kémo et la Ouaka.
Par ailleurs, la mission prévoit un coaching dédié des 20 conseillers en entreprise (déjà formés en TRIE et CREE), afin de renforcer leur accompagnement des bénéficiaires (notamment petits producteurs) dans l’élaboration et l’amélioration de plans d’affaires.
