Le Gouvernement de la République de Djibouti a obtenu un don de l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) pour le Projet de facilité de préparation pour le programme de diversification économique(GFPP) à Djibouti, et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat de service, d’un consultant national pour appuyer l’expert international dans la mise en place du CBMT et du CDMT au profit de la Direction du Budget du Ministère du Budget..

L’Unité de Gestion Fiduciaire Unifiée-MEFI (UGFU-MEFI) invite les candidats (Consultants) admissibles à manifester leur intérêt à fournir les services décrits ci-dessus.
Les Consultants intéressés doivent fournir les informations attestant qu’ils possèdent les qualifications requises et une expérience pertinente pour l’exécution de la mission.
Il est porté à l’attention des Consultants intéressés que les dispositions sur la Section III, les paragraphes 3.14, 3.16 et 3.17 du Règlement de Passation des Marchés des Emprunteurs de la Banque Mondiale novembre 2020 exposant la politique de la Banque mondiale en matière de conflits d’intérêts sont applicables.
Un Consultant sera sélectionné selon la méthode de « Sélection Fondée sur les Qualifications des Consultants (QC) » telle que décrite dans les Directives de Consultants.
