Dans le cadre de la réalisation de l’évaluation à mi-parcours du projet, la Coordination Nationale du Projet lance un appel à candidature pour le recrutement d’un(e) Consultant(e) National(e) pour appuyer techniquement et opérationnellement la conduite de l’évaluation afin d’analyser les performances du projet, mesurer les progrès réalisés et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer la mise en œuvre.
