REPUBLIQUE DU BURUNDI MINISTERE DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT, DE L’AGRICULTURE ET DE L’ELEVAGE UNITE DE PREPARATION DU PROJET D’ACCES A L’EAU POTABLE ET A L’ASSAINISSEMENT « UPP-PAEPA » - Don IDA PPA V5310-BI APPEL A MANIFESTATIONS D’INTERET (AMI) N° BI-MINEAGRIE-BCCR PIU-508348-CS-INDV RECRUTEMENT D’UN/UNE SECRETAIRE-RECEPTIONNISTE/STANDARDISTE DU PROJET D’ACCES A L’EAU POTABLE ET A L’ASSAINISSEMENT (PAEPA) Le Gouvernement de la République du Burundi a reçu un don de l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) au titre d’une avance pour financer les activités de préparation du Projet d’Accès à l’Eau Potable et à l’Assainissement.
Il est prévu que pendant cette phase de préparation du Projet, l’Unité de Préparation du Projet procède au recrutement du personnel du Projet, parmi lesquels figure un (e) Secrétaire-Réceptionniste/Standardiste pour l’Unité de Gestion du Projet.
Le dossier de candidature (1 original et 3 copies) en langue française , doit être déposé, sous pli fermé, à l’adresse ci-dessous, par courrier ordinaire, au plus tard le 06 janvier 2026 à 17 heures 30, heure de Bujumbura et doit être composé des éléments suivants : UGP -PRCCB/UPP-PAEPA Une lettre de motivation dûment signée adressée à Madame la Coordonnatrice Nationale de l’UGP-PRCCB/UPP-PAEPA Un Curriculum vitae (CV) actualisé, détaillé suivant le modèle annexé aux termes de référence (TDRs), dûment daté et signé Une copie du/des diplômes certifiés conformes à l’original Des copies des certificats et/ou attestations de formation en rapport avec le poste Des copies des attestations de services rendus Des copies de tout autre document justifiant l’expérience du candidat pour le poste NB : Le candidat doit mentionner sur l’enveloppe le poste sur lequel porte sa candidature Les termes de références (TDRs) décrivant de façon détaillée les qualifications et l’expérience requises, pour ce poste peuvent être consultés et/ou retirés au siège de la Coordination de l’Unité de Gestion du Projet de Résilience Climatique des Collines du Burundi (UPP-PRCCB) qui assure en même temps le rôle d’Unité de Préparation du Projet d’Accès à l’Eau Potable (UPP-PAEPA) à l’adresse ci-dessous indiquée de 8 h 00 à 12 h 30 et de 14H00 à 17 h 30 (heures locales).
Les mêmes TDRs peuvent aussi être obtenus, sur demande, par mail. Le Processus de sélection sera conduit suivant la « Méthode de Sélection des Consultants Individuels par mise en concurrence ouverte » conformément aux dispositions du « Règlement de Passation des Marchés pour les Emprunteurs Sollicitant un Financement de Projets d’Investissement (FPI) » de la Banque Mondiale, édition de septembre 2025.
