Scope overview
El objeto del presente contrato es la redacción del proyecto básico, el proyecto de ejecución y otros proyectos técnicos para la ejecución íntegra de las obras con la entrega final de una edificación completamente funcional y lista para ser utilizada por Zaragoza Vivienda, en la fecha de entrega acordada, de 32 alojamientos compartidos con servicios comunes destinados al alquiler.
Se incluye el servicio de redacción de todos los Proyectos Técnicos necesario para la obtención de la preceptiva licencia urbanística de obras. El trabajo deberá realizarse a partir del anteproyecto y los otros anexos a la licitación. Existiendo un anexo especifico del programa de necesidades que se desarrolla en el proceso participativo, para los usos de zonas comunes.
