Scope overview
Westtoer wil met deze opdracht een samenwerking aangaan met een productiehuis voor de regie, productie en distributie van een tv reeks (incl. afgeleiden) over de Kust voor uitzending in voorjaar 2028 op een Vlaamse zender met maximaal bereik.
Deze samenwerking omvat de regie (uitschrijven van scenario volgens geformuleerde verhaallijnen), productie (opnames en montage tot afgewerkte reeks van verschillende afleveringen) en distributie (uitzending op Vlaamse zender met maximaal bereik) incl. afgeleiden (uitzetten van mogelijkheden om de productie te vertalen naar andere digitale en analoge dragers voor het genereren van extra bereik) over de Kust.
Het productiehuis kan zelf bijkomende budget/fondsen verzamelen om deze opdracht te realiseren.
