6664-KH and KfW Grant №: TF0C0329 from the World Bank toward the cost US$ 12 million and Grant №: TF0C0329 from KfW toward the cost US$ 8 million of the Strengthening Preservice Education System for Health Professionals Project (SPESHP) which Ministry of Health is the Executive Agency (EA) of the Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan/ grant to payments under the Contract for Renovation Conference room and Setting up UHS museum for UHS.
The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation Conference room and Setting up UHS museum for UHS . The construction period is Four (4) months . Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures outlined in the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/ Programs.
This invitation is open to all qualified Bidders from eligible source countries of as described in the Bidding Document. Bidder’s attention is drawn to Sub-Clause 6.3 of the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) on the Qualification requirements.

The Qualification requirements include: Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of Construction works over the last 3 years (2022, 2023 & 2024) shall be at least USD225,000.00.
Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) contract for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works within the last 5 years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) of at least USD105,000.00 for each contract.
Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be at least is USD112,500.00. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable free USD35 or its equivalent in Cambodia Riel being KHR142,400. The method of payment will be in cash . The Bidding Documents can be picked up or collected in person at the discretion of the bidder.
Other than payment of non-refundable fee, there are no other conditions for the purchase of the Bidding Documents.
