De aanleiding voor de aanbesteding is de vernieuwbouw van het Stadstheater te Arnhem. Dit gebouw (deels gemeentelijk monument) wordt grondig vernieuwd. Om dit te kunnen realiseren zet Musis & Stadstheater Arnhem (MSA) verschillende aanbestedingen in de markt. Naast die voor een uitvoerende aannemer, betreft dit ook verschillende opdrachten ten behoeve van de benodigde theatertechniek. MSA wil d.m.v.
