Scope overview
Europese openbare aanbesteding van Waterschap de Dommel voor de renovatie/onderhoud van 3 voorbezinktanks (VBT’s), 10 nabezinktanks (NBT’s) en 2 bufferbezinktanks (BBT’s) op de RWZI Tilburg. Waterschap de Dommel is op zoek naar een Opdrachtnemer die op basis van de Ontwerpnota Definitief Ontwerp Onderhoud Voorbezinktanks (DO; bijlage 8) de renovatie van de VBT’s uitvoert.
Na de renovatie van de VBT's wil waterschap de Dommel met Opdrachtnemer een Bouwteamovereenkomst sluiten, zodat Opdrachtnemer zowel de ontwerp- / uitwerkingsfase als de realisatiefase voor zijn rekening kan nemen. Na het doorlopen van de Bouwteamfase krijgt Opdrachtnemer het exclusieve recht om een (prijs)aanbieding te doen voor de realisatiefase.
