L’entreprise SEMOP TEM exploite 30 bus “ExquiCity” du constructeur VanHool, entreprise liquidée en 2024, dont 27 de 2013. Ces BHNS représentent 40 % des transports journaliers de Metz. Des fissures ont été constatées sur les toitures de plusieurs bus.

Celles-ci apparaissent au niveau du châssis tubulaire, prenant naissance à partir des soudures des points de fixations des éléments sur le toit (batteries, refroidisseurs de batterie, INV, IND, VPM).
