RATBV S.A. achiziţionează pentru o perioadă de 18 luni repere troleibuze Solaris ca piese de schimb care echipează troleibuzele din parcul societății. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale intregii achizitii se regasesc in anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini. Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia pe o perioada de 6 luni de zile iar urmatoarele la nevoie. Se vor incheia aproximativ 3 contracte subsecvente.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile.
Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor” Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit.
