Demonstrated expertise in primary healthcare (PHC) service delivery, maternal and child health (MCH), family planning (FP), nutrition,immunization, and health systems strengthening.Proven understanding of health service delivery frameworks, essential health service packages (MHSDP/EHSP), and public health indicators aligned with World Bank and national priorities.

Experience working with World Bank funded projects or other international development partners will be considered an asset. ·Strong written and oral communication skills,with the ability to prepare technical documentation,briefing notes, and reports. Experience in engaging with government counterparts, district-level health officials,development partners, and technical consultants in the health sector.
