NOTE: The Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in this RFI is a draft PWS only and is subject to change prior to the release of a formal solicitation. All responses to this RFI must be provided as an attachment in an e-mail message addressed to the Point of Contact (POC), below with the subject line “Response to FMSS RFI” no later than 1400 GMT on 04 February 2026. Only electronic responses will be accepted.
