City Infrastructure Restoration Project for Paving Stones and Pavement Cuts

Full Title: Restoration of Paving Stone and Pavement Cuts in Approaches or Within the City Right-of-Way B4,1 The Work to be done under the subsequent Contract shall consist of: (a) LEVEL I – Restoration of Approach and Sidewalk cuts on Non-Regional Streets (i) Planing of existing asphalt as required; (ii) Removal of existing pavement; (iii) Removal of existing curb and sidewalk; (iv) Excavation; (v) Placement of base course material; (vi) Construction of 150mm concrete pavement (reinforced); (vii) Renewal of existing curbs; (viii) Renewal of existing curb and gutter; (ix) Renewal of existing sidewalks; (x) Supply and Installation of Interlocking Paving Stones (xi) Regrading of existing interlocking paving stones as required; (xii) Construction of asphalt overlay patches (average thickness 80mm); (xiii) Construction of asphalt pavement at approach tie-ins as required; (xiv) Adjustment of Valve Boxes (xv) Adjustment of Curb Stops (b) LEVEL II – Restoration of Street, Approach and Sidewalk cuts on Regional & Non-Regional Streets (i) Removal of existing splash strip and bullnose; (ii) Construction of 200mm concrete pavement (reinforced); (iii) Renewal of barrier curb and curb ramp; (iv) Installation of detectable warning surface tiles; (v) Renewal of existing asphalt pathway as required; B4.2 The Work shall be done on an "as required" basis during the term of the Contract.

B4.3 The type and quantity of Work to be performed under this Contract shall be as authorized from time to time by the Contract Administrator.
