Reference: RFQ/HCR/PL/26/11 (RFQ:2422) Request for Quotation for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for courier services and pouch UNHCR Tender Reference: RFQ/HCR/PL/26/11 UNHCR ERP: 2422 The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly, invites qualified suppliers to make an offer for the provision of courier and pouch services.
PLEASE NOTE: As a result of this RFQ, UNHCR intends to establish a Frame Agreement resulting from this RFQ for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of two (2) successive one‑year extensions (1 plus 1 plus 1). The establishment of a Frame Agreement does not constitute a commitment by UNHCR to purchase any minimum quantity of Services from the selected bidder(s).
Purchase Orders will be issued on an “as‑needed” basis during the validity of the Frame Agreement.
