Reference: rfx_4954_ROAP Dear Bidder The International Labour Office (ILO) is pleased to invite your company to submit an offer for the above referenced Request for Quotation (RFQ). We kindly request you to review the RFQ documentation and prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements provided in the annexes available on the ILO e Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer).

Please ensure that your complete offer is submitted through the e Sourcing Platform no later than the deadline indicated in the system. Kindly note that late submissions cannot be accepted. By participating in this RFQ, your organization confirms that it is qualified, capable, and willing to deliver the goods, works, and/or services described in the solicitation.

Please be advised that any non conformity with the Terms and Conditions, or with additional contractual requirements outlined in the RFQ, may affect the evaluation of your offer. Incomplete submissions or failure to comply with the RFQ instructions may render a bid ineligible. All components of your offer must be fully uploaded before the submission deadline.
