The Scope of Works includes: � Demolition of existing operating theatre 2, internally as per the demolition plans. � Construction, fit out and finishing of new operating theatre 2.

� Associated/enabling works to adjacent Operating Theatre on Level 2, and Xray room below on Level 1 of the Meade Clinical Centre. � Working with the Principal and its appointed consultants to deliver Operating Theatre 2, updated and improved as a state-of-the-art facility meeting all the regulatory requirements as well as those of the principle.
