Scope overview

HSE National Human Resources - Disabilities Workforce and Resourcing unit wishes to invite suitably qualified parties to a tender process to conduct an evidence based research project within Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT’s). The research shall be principally designed to generate evidence based data specifically related to retention attributes within CDNT’s.

To make recommendations in terms of short, medium and long term workforce planning action plans as it relates to staff retention (Note 1. A combination of hard and soft factors).
