PUBLICACIÓN PROYECTO “MEJORA DEL ACCESO SOSTENIBLE A ELECTRICIDAD EN BOLIVIA IDTR III CONTRATO DE PRÉSTAMO BIRF N° 9611-BO MINISTERIO DE HIDROCARBUROS Y ENERGÍAS - VICEMINISTERIO DE ELECTRICIDAD Y ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES INVITACIÓN PÚBLICA El Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia ha recibido un Financiamiento del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF) del Banco Mundial (BM) para la ejecución del Proyecto MEJORA DEL ACCESO SOSTENIBLE A LA ELECTRICIDAD EN BOLIVIA - IDTR III a través del Contrato de Préstamo N° 9611-BO.
El Ministerio de Hidrocarburos y Energías (MHE) a través del Viceministerio de Electricidad y Energías Renovables (VMEER) mediante el Programa de Electricidad para Vivir con Dignidad (PEVD), invita a profesionales a presentar su postulación, como Consultor Individual de acuerdo a los Términos de Referencia adjuntos, para los siguientes servicios: RESPONSABLE DE COMUNICACION.
Se tiene el agrado de invitar a participar en el presente proceso de selección, por lo que adjunto a la presente invitación se remite el documento de contratación respectivo, con las indicaciones pertinentes para su postulación.
FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE POSTULACIÓN: de estar interesado en la postulación bajo la presente invitación deberá presentar lo solicitado en el documento de contratación en sobre cerrado, a más tardar hasta horas 15 : 30 del 3 1 de octubre de 2025 , en oficinas del proyecto IDTR III en la dirección: calle Rosendo Gutiérrez N° 2299 Edificio Multicentro Torre “B”, tercer piso Oficina N° 304, zona Sopocachi de la ciudad de La Paz, en los horarios de 8:30 a 16:30, en la secretaria de esta institución.
Las postulaciones deberán incluir una Carta de Postulación y la Hoja de Vida en los formatos que se encuentran en el Documento de Selección. Los documentos recibidos no serán devueltos independientemente del resultado del proceso de selección. El candidato seleccionado deberá presentar los respectivos documentos de respaldo en fotocopias simples y originales para comprobación antes de firmar el contrato.
