Rest de executat la obiectivul ”Lucrări de modernizare la Pavilion A” – Cazarma 901 din Timișoara conform restului de executat este detaliata in documentația tehnică faza PTh-DE, autorizate prin AC nr. A2393/26.11.2024 anexate prezentei documentatii.
Acest rest de executat reprezintă modificări de soluții tehnice și lucrări suplimentare rezultate în urma cerințelor suplimentare ale beneficiarului pe timpul proiectării căt și pe parcursul execuției. Menționăm ca în momentul de față pe amplasamentul lucrărilor își desfășoară activitatea în cazarmă două societăți comerciale, ceea ce presupune execuția lucrărilor concomitent cu celelalte societăți comerciale.
Execuția celor 3 (trei) contracte este necesară a se corela în funcție de necesitățile unității militare beneficiare/utilizatoare și a pasilor de urmat în execuția lucărilor aferente fiecărui contract. De asemenea beneficiarul/utilizatorul va elibera amplasamentul treptat, în funcție de necesitatea executantului.
