De restauratie en renovatie van het Tempelgebouw – campus Mutsaard De aanbestedende overheid voorziet geen percelen daar om structurele en organisatorische redenen de verschillende delen moeten uitgevoerd worden door één en dezelfde aannemer.
Het verplicht plaatsbezoek zal plaatsvinden op de volgende data (artikel 3.9.9 bestek): - Woensdag 17 december 2025 om 9.00u en - Woensdag 14 januari 2026 om 9.00u De technische bepalingen en de bijhorende documentatie/plannen zijn in een aparte bijlage (zip) bijgevoegd en maken deel uit van het aanbestedingsdossier.
Timing: de fasering en planning van de werken moet, na sluiting van de opdracht, in onderling overleg met de aanbestedende overheid worden opgemaakt, rekening houdend met de academische kalender. De start der werken is voorzien circa medio 2026.
