• The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Restoration of gravity irrigation pipelines and channels, construction of a pumping station and drilling of an exploratory and operational well for irrigation water”.
• The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (AED PMU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for lots as follow:

Ayni jamoat in the Khuroson district. 2 Lot 2 Construction of a pumping station for irrigation water in the dehkan farm “Muhamadjon” of the Kumsangir jamoat in the Jayhun district and drilling an exploratory and operational well for irrigation water in the dehkan farm “Buston” of the Lakhshi Bolo jamoat in the Lakhsh district 3 Lot 3 Restoration of the irrigation channels in dehkan farms “Kozideh” and “Dasht” in the jamoats A. • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 Edition (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from AED PMU and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00 to 17:00 at the address given below.
• The bidding document in Russian may be received free of charge by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below by March 31, 2026 14:30. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on March 31, 2026 14:40.
• All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of:

Lot #1: TJS 16 000.00 (Sixteen thousand) Lot #2: TJS 40 500.00 (Forty thousand five hundred). Lot #3: TJS 21 000.00 (Twenty-one thousand). Lot #4: TJS 19 500.00 (Nineteen thousand five hundred).

• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
