Scope overview

The West Midlands Combined Authority is procuring a case management and work allocation software system to monitor and evaluate outcomes from retrofit projects under the Buildings Retrofit Pilot and Local Net Zero Accelerator programmes. The system will support the configuration and integration of the in-house Core Data Platform (DataLeNZ) to enhance regional data management.

The initial contract runs from December 2025 to March 2028 with an optional one-year extension.
