Reference: RFI - IT services Dear Sir/Madame, The World Trade Organization (WTO) is currently undertaking a Reques for Information (RFI) - RFI-2026-001 – IT services. The main purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified companies capable of ensuring the delivery of excellent services in view of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of WTO Secretariat operations in support of Members.

The information collected through this RFI – using the template shared as an annex to this letter – will facilitate a better understanding of market solutions, methodologies, timeframes, costs, and relevant industry conditions or practices for the provision of the required services. 2.2.
