Scope overview
Deze RFI betreft de ondersteuning en verdere ontwikkeling van een digitale oplossing voor interculturele bemiddeling in de gezondheidszorg. De toepassing maakt het mogelijk om tolkinterventies via videoconferentie te organiseren, zowel binnen als buiten de eigen standplaats (ziekenhuizen, huisartsen, enz.).
De oplossing integreert verschillende Google Workspace-componenten en biedt functionaliteiten voor het plannen van afspraken, het starten van interventies en het opvolgen van het gebruik. Het doel van de marktconsultatie is om te evalueren of er marktspelers zijn die het onderhoud en de beperkte doorontwikkeling van de bestaande oplossing kunnen verzorgen, of een alternatieve oplossing kunnen aanbieden.
De RFI peilt tevens naar mogelijke SLA’s en prijsstructuren voor deze opdracht.
