No leased lit fiber service, recurring bandwidth, managed transport, or maintenance agreement is requested under this Form 470 posting.The purpose of this project is to construct district-controlled fiber infrastructure that will integrate into HCSs existing WAN architecture. HCS is currently under WAN contract through June 30, 2029.
This project is not intended to replace or interfere with that agreement but is part of a long-term infrastructure strategy to expand district-owned assets, enhance network resiliency, and support scalable bandwidth capacity. Agency: Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Status: Certified
