Brief Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussion but reserves the right to conduct discussions in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 if determined to be in the Government’s best interest. Solicitation/ RFQ number 19KU2026Q0005 for Independence Day event: Lighting, Stage & Sound Setup in the U.S. Embassy, Bayan, Kuwait. The event is scheduled to be held on March 31, 2026.

A site visit has been scheduled for Jan 26, 2026, at 09:00 AM Kuwait local time at the US Embassy, Bayan, Kuwait. To request a site visit, please send an email to Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov subject “Site Visit RFQ - 19 KU2026Q0005 - Independence Day Event: Lighting, Stage & Sound Setup ” with the following required information no later than January 24, 2026 at 10:00 am Kuwait local time.

Questions: Direct any questions regarding this combined synopsis to Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov no later than January 29, 2026, at 10:00 am Kuwait local time . NO questions will be accepted beyond this date.
