Infrastructure Installation Project for Pavements, Walls, and Site Improvements

Provide and Install: concrete pavements, asphalt pavements, concrete walls and concrete curbs, exterior auger compactors (including electrical conduit/ wiring and connections) and all appurtenances, hose bibb and associated water supply line(s), valves and controls, exterior lighting and associated electrical appurtenances, steel guard rails, containers, various steel bar or corrugated metal fence or louver fencing and associated gates and fixed bollards.

The release date of this RFQ is 07/07/2025 A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference was held on 07/14/2025 at 11:00am, via Microsoft Teams. The pre-bid presentation has been uploaded to isupplier. All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the A&CM Procurement Unit at acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00 P.M.

on 07/21/2025 Proposers will be permitted to ask questions at the Pre-Bid Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. Bids are due 08/07/2025 at 11:00 am via iSupplier portal. Bid Submission Requirements Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline.

NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail. Instructions for registering for iSupplier can be found at http://www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/isupplier-vendor-registration.page After Proposer registers for iSupplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer s iSupplier profile to be approved.

It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline . NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence.
