TARJOUSPYYNTÖ Pyydämme urakkatarjoustanne liitteenä olevan korjaustyöselostuksen, piirustusten ja muiden tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesta urakasta. Urakka toteutetaan kiinteähintaisena kokonaisurakkana, jossa urakoitsija vastaa kaikista urakkaan kuuluvista töistä.
Tarjous tulee antaa kokonaishintana, joka kattaa kaikki korjaustyöselostuksessa ja muissa urakka-asiakirjoissa esitetyt työt, materiaalit, tarvikkeet, työmaan järjestelyt sekä urakoitsijan vastuulle kuuluvat velvoitteet. Urakkaan sisältyy mm.
paanukaton korjaus ja tervaus, ullakon ja tornin tuuletuksen parantaminen sekä yläpohjan lämpövuotojen korjaus, kirkkosalin ilmanvaihdon parantaminen, julkisivujen ja sisäpintojen huoltomaalaustyöt. Ostaja pidättää oikeuden jättää jonkin osion pois mikäli korjaukseen ei saada avustusta tai korjauksen edetessä tulee esille jokin painava syy korjauksen tekemättä jättämiselle tai muutokselle.
