Scope overview

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) specialists and facilitate large-scale digital transformation programmes to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.

The lotting structure of this framework is as follows: Lot 1 - Digital Programmes Lot 2 - Digital Specialists Additional information: This framework was put in place with an initial duration of 2 years plus an optional extension period of 2 x 12 month periods 2 +1 + 1.

Please note that the 2 x 12 month extensions have been utilised and the end date of this framework is confirmed as being 07/03/2026 Please be aware that this framework has been extended and the end date is now 30/05/2026.

The extension is required due to the delay of the RM1043.9 Digital Outcomes and Specialists go live date and to ensure a route to market for buyers The extension was implemented due to the need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art.

89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU) There is no cost implication
