Der Neubau soll sich im Wesentlichen an dem erfolgreich umgesetzten Neubau der Kita im Ortsteil Braach orientieren, wobei zwei zusätzliche Gruppenräume eingeplant werden sollen, so dass von einer Bruttogrundfläche von rund 1.475 qm ausgegangen wird.
