We are looking for a supplier that will provide good value for money and sustainability, the packaging and materials used should be environmentally friendly. Supplier should value the use of locally sourced ingredients, supporting local businesses and ensuring fresh, high-quality food. The products sourced for each menu item, would ideally be locally sourced.
