Drainage System Repair and Upgrade Services for Rotorua Property

This RFP relates to the purchase of services to repair and upgrade the drainage system to rectify faults The plans, specifications and reports that form part of this RFP provide the detail on what�s required, however, below is an overview of the scope of works that�s to be included: � Excavate a large section of the rear yard � Repair the damaged drainage � Install a new oil and grit interceptor � Install a new concrete pad around the oil and grit interceptor � Reinstate excavated area with industrial heavy-grade asphalt � Contractor to locate all services prior to excavations � Contractor to allow for carting surplus excavated asphalt and compacted metal to the Ngongotaha fire station, the remaining sub-soils to be disposed of off-site � Contractor to arrange all required council inspections The building is located at 19 Biak Street, Mangakakahi, Rotorua 3015.
