4.1 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Rozbudowa Międzygminnego Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej oraz systemów wewnątrzadministracyjnych w ramach realizacji projektu „Budowa Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej w północno-zachodniej części województwa dolnośląskiego – II etap”. Projekt ma charakter partnerski i obejmuje uczestnictwo 10 Gmin.
Zamówienie obejmuje rozbudowę systemów wewnątrzadministracyjnych w celu uruchomienia e-usług na wyższym poziomie dojrzałości w ramach budowy międzygminnego serwisu usług publicznych, dostarczenie aplikacji mobilnej, dostosowanie Systemu Informacji Przestrzennych do wymagań związanych z ustawą o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym, a także rozbudowę wewnętrznego systemu SIP w ramach rozbudowy SIP o nowe funkcjonalności i nowe zasoby danych.
