Der Landkreis Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis beabsichtigt als Inhaber der Genehmigung für den Betrieb des Linienverkehrs mit Ruftaxis nach dem Personenbeförderungsgesetz die Durchführung der Ruftaxi-Verkehre nach einem neuen Konzept nach der Sektorenverordnung (SektVO) gemäß § 13 SektVO i. V. m. § 100 Abs. 1 Nr.1 und 102 Abs. 4 GWB mit Betriebsaufnahme zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2026 zu vergeben.
Das neue Ruftaxi-Konzept ist in den nachfolgend aufgeführten 8 Losen zusammengefasst: Los 1: Linien 8936, 8938, 8952 und 8954 Los 2: Linien 8935, 8942 und 8953 Los 3: Linien 8943 und 8944 Los 4: Linie 8937 Los 5: Linie 8941 Los 6: Linien 8930 und 8946 Los 7: Linien 8950 und 8951 Los 8: Linien 8931 und 8932 Die Ruftaxi-Verkehre sind bedarfsgerecht nach vorheriger telefonischer oder elektronischer Anforderung des Fahrgastes zu den im Fahrplan veröffentlichten Zeiten mit Kraftfahrzeugen mit einer Kapazität von mindestens 4 Fahrgastplätzen durchzuführen.
